Privacy Policy

During the meet and greet consultation personal information/data will be collected.

 

This is to ensure that I have all the necessary information to keep your pet as safe as possible when in my care and if any circumstances arise that I have all required information and contact details.

 

Data is collected on a pet information file at the time of the initial consultation, a copy of this document is electronically filed and scanned and then provided to the client by email. The hard copy of the document is stored in a locked filing cabinet.

 

All data kept electronically is password protected, as is any data stored on a mobile device, this data is necessary to ensure that clients can be contacted when I am out with their pets.

The data I store is only used by myself to contact clients regarding their pets and the services I provide for their pets.

No data is ever shared with third parties and I will not use your data to send out promotional material.

I am responsible for all of the data I collect and I am the only person who will process it.
